Forklift Operator Recruitment Notice
I. Job Responsibilities
Operate forklifts skillfully, strictly adhere to operation specifications and procedures, and complete cargo loading, unloading, handling, and stacking tasks safely and efficiently to ensure that goods remain undamaged during transportation.
Conduct daily inspections and maintenance of forklifts, including checking key components such as the braking system, steering system, hydraulic system, and tires. Timely identify and report potential malfunctions and safety hazards, cooperate with maintenance personnel to complete forklift maintenance, and ensure that forklifts are in good operating condition.
Arrange cargo storage locations reasonably according to the warehouse storage plan, ensure that goods are stacked neatly and stably for easy inventory and access, and improve warehouse space utilization.
Accurately verify cargo information such as quantity, specifications, and batches to ensure consistency between the loaded/unloaded goods and the documents. Keep records of cargo in and out of the warehouse, and assist warehouse management staff in inventory checking to ensure that the inventory records match the actual stock.
Strictly comply with the company’s safety management system and warehouse regulations, keep the work area clean and the passageways unobstructed to avoid safety accidents. Take immediate action and report any safety hazards found.
II. Qualification Requirements
Aged between 18 and 65 years old, in good health, without any diseases or physical defects that may affect forklift operation. Be able to adapt to shift work and a certain amount of physical labor.
Have a good sense of safety and responsibility, be meticulous in work, and strictly abide by operating procedures to ensure work safety and cargo safety.
Have strong communication skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to cooperate closely with warehouse staff, loaders, etc. to complete work tasks efficiently.
III. Salary and Benefits
Salary Package: Basic salary + performance bonus + overtime pay. Performance bonuses are paid based on work performance and workload, with no upper limit for high achievers.

IV. Working Hours and Location
